Voting deadline: September 2325
Description[?]:
In order to maintain and further increase the safety of our citizens the Government will enact the following measures to guarantee national security: 1. Individuals are not permitted to own firearms under any circumstances: There is no requirement for private individuals to own firearms for any reason. They do nothing but increase risk of danger to the public whilst also increasing the risk of harm to our security services. Should firearms be necessary for professional duties, then firearms can be made available so long as these firearms are; a) Owned by the company and made available during work periods only. During this period all firearms must be signed out and fully authorised by a member of the Police and the person fully versed in the safe usage of such firearms. b) At all other periods firearms are to be kept stored at the local Police station under full and secure protection with 24hour surveillance. 2. The nation imposes strict border control on visitors, with intensive security checks, to maintain law and order. This will help guarantee that all peoples entering the Country are not only who they say they are but must also provide background knowledge of where they came from and their past. They must also provide a full and detailed itinerary of where they going and how long they are staying. 3. The nation issues passports to nationals after an invasive security check. For the same reasons as listed above. We would not expect peoples visiting our Country to cause problems for us and we in turn should not allow our citizens to cause problems to others. Any citizen attempting to upgrade their ID card to a passport card should expect to receive a full and detailed security check. They should also expect to have that privilidge revoked should they break the laws of this Country. Alan be Praised. |
