| The MSPoH suggests that organ donation should become universal so that if a patient dies and their organs are functioning perfectly, why shouldn't another patient who would die anyway unless they receive a heart transplant or a kidney transplant receive that organ, without the process of court-orders or consent from family and friends. Therefore, this resolution would urge that all Hobrazians become legal organ donators once they die, and second, when organ donation occurs with a deceased Hobrazian donating his or her organs they will have to be officially declared dead before organs are transplanted from them to another living Hobrazian patient. |
