In somewhat of a U-Turn, the DRP have concluded with recent think tanks and surveys, that legalizing small scale drugs such as Cannabis will reduce underground crime waves of drug dealers and similarly eliminate what could be considered, the 'rush' or 'excitement' involved with breaking the law by purchasing and using Cannabis.
