Bill: Police-Military Emergency Cooperation Act of 2349

Details

Submitted by[?]: Moderate Republican Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2350

Description[?]:

Currently, legislation does not allow for any cooperation between the police and military. This could be extremely detrimental during a time of national emergency such as a war or national disastor. The military should be able to assist the police to maintain order during this time. This bill allows the military to be summoned to work alongside the police during a time of severe national crisis.
