An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the Holy Republic of Hutori (Hutori). The subject of the opinion poll was The state's intervention in the appointment of ministers of religion. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 16.73% | The state appoints the head and ministers of the state religion, but does not intervene otherwise. |
| 9.46% | The state nominates ministers of religion, but the appointment is left up to the religious communities themselves. |
| 8.24% | The state has the right to veto the appointment of any ministers of religion. |
| 51.85% | The state does not intervene in the appointment of ministers of any religion whatsoever. |
