An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the Kingdom of Hutori (Hutori). The subject of the opinion poll was Guarantee of minimum income. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 34.24% | All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government. |
| 15.74% | All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. |
| 17.62% | All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time. |
| 32.39% | There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income. |
