An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the Sekoku (Seko). The subject of the opinion poll was Government's position on paramilitaries. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 34.16% | Paramilitaries are illegal and the recognized government may intervene freely to stop any possible activity. |
| 30.35% | Paramilitaries are not officially acknowledged but are allowed to exist. |
| 11.54% | Paramilitaries are allowed but are heavily regulated by the government. |
| 16.01% | Paramilitaries are allowed as part of each political party. |
| 7.94% | Paramilitaries are allowed with full privileges, with the right to intervene when necessary. |
