REGIONAL: -Every Region contains a a regional headquarters. -Regional Chairman's are elected by party members at annual general meetings. -12 Regional Delegates are also elected by Party Members PARLIAMENTARY: -Parliamentary members are Party Members who are also members of the Keymon House of Delegates NATIONAL: -All Regional Chairman's, the National Chair of the Personal Conservative Committee and Parliamentary members automatically granted membership to the National Caucus.
