Description[?]:
ππππππππππ: β β β β β β β Established in 5333, The Council Initiative (TCI; ηδΊζ) is a Dranian sociopolitical movement that aims to shift significant governmental powers to the local grassroots level. β β β β β β β Birthed by the aspirations after the progressive change experienced by the cities of Hyeokjin (Gongmangdo) in 5120s and Myeoggi in 5300s through the People's Council model, the movement pushes for direct and participative democracy at the basic level imposed in a national scale. β β β β β β β Since the 5337 national restructurization, TCI is a multi-party coalition consisting of the New Reform Party of Baeguk, the Pirate Party of Baeguk, the Green Party, and the Metropolitan Development Party. πππππ πππ ππππππ'π πππππππ: β β β β β β β The People's Council is a grassroots organization comprised of multi-sectoral representatives that organizes weekly regular meetings with constituencies in which exchange and discussion are encouraged. The people are expected to raise concerns through the Council and formulate solutions in the short-term and long-term to be carried out by the respective sectors and entities responsible for such feat. β β β β β β β The People's Council has a city-wide variant, district-wide variant, county-wide variant, and a neighborhood-wide variant, making sure that everybody in the locale is heard and seen. Through this initiative, the cities of Hyeokjin and Myeoggi were able to address a lot of problems often ignored by the traditional and centralized system of governance and reignited the populace's sense of democratic participation, expanding their constitutional power often restricted in just voting representatives and now more on getting to discern decisions detrimental to their locale and fellow constituents. πππππππ: β β β β β β β Established in January 5130, was a big tent political party under the name "Reform Party of Dankuk" that focused on ensuring the preservation of the country's democratic-republican system through public reforms and sustainable grassroots development. β β β β β β β RPD was the de facto successor of the Party of Labour of Dankuk (PLD) which was also known formerly as the Political Conference of the Workers and Peasants of Dankuk (PCWPD), a leftist party that existed during the country's transition from the Rowiet Union to the Free Republic. The PLD eventually broke up due to inner party turmoil, with former elite party cadres eventually forming the RPD. β β β β β β β The party broke up 25 years later, with the remaining party elite transferring headquarters from Hyeokjin to Myeoggi. Since then the party has been involved in local and regional governance, up until 5333 when the party has decided to return to the national scene under a new name, brand, and identity. βββ ππππππππ: Political Position: Center to center-left Ideology: - Big tent - Direct, grassroots democracy Platform: - Sustainable development of grassroots - Maximize the participatory aspect of democracy - Prioritize multi-sectoral unity to enrich sustainable development |
