| THE BLUE HORDE The Blue Horde is the militia led by the Jeztri H'an and serves as the national military of the Jelbek Khanate. It was first formed in 4043 in response to the 'tyranny' of the new federal government and took over much of the Khanate between 4045, taking the capital in June 4045, largely unopposed. Organisation The Blue Horde is primarily a militia although like many Jelbek militia, civilian families and livestock are attached to the main military force.The Supreme Commander is the H'an and most officers of state hold high command positions in the Horde.
