El Movimiento (The Movement) is the political vehicle of Mariana Torrero, a popular TV chat show host well known both for her glamorous lifestyle and for her charity work with street children . Commentators tend to view the party as occupying the centre-left of the politcal spectrum, however as the party is almost totally dominated by it's charismatic leader and her populist appeal the party is considereed to be extremely unpredictable in it's voting habits. |
