It defends the oppressed, is engaged in class struggle, and endeavors a classless, stateless society. The KP strives towards a socialist Kazulia. (b) The working class forms the party, the party is never infallible or unalterable. The KP evolves with the working class of Kazulia. It rejects nationalism as reactionary and contrary to the needs of the working class. It rejects racism as reactionary and as a tool of the bourgeoisie to divide the international proletariat as a whole. (c) The KP fights against the ruling elite, the capitalists and the possessing classes. (d) There will be no distinction in the KP based on age, gender, or race. All are to be treated equally. (e) In order to preserve its role as vanguard of the oppressed, the KP has a principal task of educating, organizing and training efficient officials and members. II STRUCTURE (a) The KP is lead by a central Political Bureau (Politburo), consisting of fourteen members elected for a renewable period of two years by a General Assembly. (b) The Politburo elects a General Secretary. (c) An independent Audit Service evaluates the financial status of the KP. (d) The General Assembly consists of delegates (approx. one per hundred members) and meets twice a year to discuss and approve Major Policies as directed by the Politburo. (e) Local sections of the KP are autonomous but must abide to this Thesis, the Major Policies, and the Party Program. (f) Any public protest from party members against approved decisions will result in the removal of these members from the membership list. III DUTIES (a) Members should be active, so far as it is possible, in the different educational, organizational or training activities of the KP. (b) The KP must from committees for different branches of its activities and for various topics (the arts, bourgeois politics, economics, international news, &c). (c) Members should be critical about the party. If they see room for improvement, they should report this. This should however be done internally. IV PROPAGANDA AND AGITATION (a) The principal forms of party propaganda are: 1) individual verbal propaganda, 2) participation in the industrial and political labor movement, and 3) propaganda through the party press and distribution of literature. (b) Special care should go to attention for minorities. Languages spoken by minorities should be represented in the party press. (c) The KP must endeavor to unmask so-called leaders of the trade unions, and subsequently, attack them in the most energetic fashion. (d) A seperate Youth and Women's Organization will rouse the interest of these groups. |
