Description[?]:
To secure a Chritain future for the great nation of Kirlawa. The Evangelist Party, EP, as its name describes is a Christian party. Some may consider us the "Christian Right" but others the bringers of the true word of our heavenly father. We believe: In a strict interpretation of the Bible and it is GOD breathed. We accept it as GOD's laws and all should follow it. That capitalism is the best economic system, but must be regulated enough to ensure the people are protected. The environment was given to man by GOD and should be exploited as such, but we must be good stewards of the land. Morality is next to religion in importance. We are very conservative and do not accept "alternative lifestyles". They are filth that corrupt GOD's design and should be treated as such. That a strong military is needed to protect the nation from godless heathens that run rampant throughout the world. We believe that private charities and churches should accept the responsibility to help the poor and not the government. We are against the creation of a welfare state. History: The EP was founded in March 2466 in the Province of Nuchtmark by a group of like minded Christian Evangelists determined to spread GOD’s word. There organization quickly became a political party and began working towards Christian reforms in the Republic of Kirlawa. The party has been led by Richard Irby since its formation. |
