The International Unity Party (IUP) of the Free and United Country of Kalistan serves to encourage participatory democracy and social justice through a solid international presence. The IUP currently endorses the Revolutionary Freedom Party's candidate for President. POLITICAL PLATFORM OF THE INTERNATIONAL UNITY PARTY — 3463 Preamble Upon the advice and consensus granted by its members, the International Party of the Free and United Country of Kalistan does hereby adopt and agree in adherence to the following standards of responsible politics: Article I We shall strive to ameliorate or mend all foreign governmental and civilian relations that concern the Free and United Country of Kalistan; Article II We shall oppose to or abstain from all aggressive military operations that could be or could have been prevented through responsible conduct by the People's Assembly and the corresponding executive authorities; Article III We shall oppose to any and all attempts by the People's Assembly to authorize or promote the unwillful enlisting of the civilian population in the military or in any other mandatory services at any time; Article IV We shall oppose to the further privatization of nationally imperative civil functions, such as education, healthcare, and energy services; Article V We shall oppose to or abstain from any legislative document that either directly or effectively segregates, in a harmful way (as deemed by the Party), the Kalistani population on the grounds of sex, race, colour, nationality, language, disability, level of education, record of criminal offenses (in areas of civil life such as employment and housing), creed, income, age, marital/family status, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity/expression; and Article VI We shall remain strictly dedicated to the complete elimination of religious and/or spiritual influence in public policy.
