Description[?]:
The People's Party (Kazuliansk: Folkepartiet, FP) is a Kazulian Hosian Democratic and Centrist Party. It was founded in 3894 as a more centrist multi-denominational alternative to the Selucianist Democrats, who were perceived by its founders, predominantly of Luthoran denominations but also some Aurorian Patriarchals, to be too antagonistic, confessional and conservative. The Folkepartiet leads a strong campaign to "Unite the Hosian Centre", actively seeking the cooperation of moderate elements in SD and other parties. In its constitution and programme of principles, it explicitly refers to its appeal as "addressing all the Kazulian people". The Hosian Democratic ideology of the Folkepartiet recalls the strong Hosian Democratic traditions of neighbouring Hulstria and Gao-Soto. It has committed itself to "in the spirit of the Labsburg Declaration, we seek to unite the Hosian Democratic centre and create through our own agency and in cooperation with others for Kazulia a Hosian Democratic Alliance that crosses denominational boundaries and brings Hosian-inspired politics to the heart of our nation, a politics that is grounded in subsidiarity, solidarity, stewardship and justice for all." In contrast to its colleagues in SD, it puts a high stock on localism, citing the Patriarchal teachings of subsidiarity and the Ameliorate "sovereignty in the own circle". It espouses a small government ideology linked with a defence of the welfare state and Hosian-social principles of compassion and solidarity.
