Originally founded several years earlier the CCP was founded by Mike Faulkner who was later arrested by former Party member Drecq Lexenstar which took the political vacuum created after the Invasion by the Hutori Empire which saw the fall of the CCP banner and the establishment of the Telamon National Imperialist Party which was later forcibly removed by allies in the ACP.
