Description[?]:
The National Conservative and Unionist Party of Kalopia is a party destined for extremism yet split by one major difference. Two factions within the party emerged following it's first election victory to take 5 seats within the legislature. Although a long way from winning significant power within the nation of Kalopia, the NCUP is a party with powerful ambitions. The seperate, co-operating, factions within the party are at constant logger heads over the necessary issue of leadership over the nation itself. Whilst the whole party agrees in a singular head of state ruling over the country, the far right "Imperial National Unionists or INU" wing, headed by Tekryn Fenkath, believe strongly that they should, following election to government, seize control of the government and the throne and combine both offices to create a single, all mighty, authority and disband the democratic parliamentary process almost entirely. The opposing wing though, "Democratic Conservative Party or DCP" believe they should remain in full support of the hereditary monarch and the existing constitutional democracy within Kalopia. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
Random quote: "The moral justification of capitalism does not lie in the altruist claim that it represents the best way to achieve 'the common good.' It is true that capitalism does, if that catch-phrase has any meaning, but this is merely a secondary consequence. The moral justification for capitalism lies in the fact that it is the only system consonant with man's rational nature, that it protects man's survival qua man, and that its ruling principle is justice." - Ayn Rand |
