Description[?]:
The only purpose of a government is to defend and protect the citizens who have entrusted it with power over them. When a population permits an authority to govern it, it gives up freedoms that it may have had were it living in anarchy. One can no longer kill outside of the law, nor take anything one wants, just because he wants it; one cannot pursue his own happiness if said happiness would come at the expense of another person. However, in return for giving up these three "human rights", a centralized power is received, one that is capable of ensuring that the other rights of its citizens remain inviolate, a power that is both able and willing to protect them from those who would take their life from them, take their property from them, or take from them the freedom to live life without pain and suffering. In summary, authority exists to protect peace within mankind, peace within their bodies, and their minds. This is the mission of the Kundrati Peace Party. A political party is not a physical object, it only exists while there are people who would grant it reality. And for this grant, this trust, the Kundarati Peace Party will strive wholly and uncompromisingly towards a society where fear is uneccessary and therefore nonexistent, where prosperity is available to all who would wish to have it. And most importantly, a society where happiness is not a barely trickling stream reserved for those few who have with blind luck managed to quench themselves from it, but rather a colossal gushing river the flood of which no force can stop. |
