Description[?]:
"Great is great! - Through Queranzariah, a Greater Dorvik!" Offical Manifesto of the Brotherhood - Published November 3440 in Haldor, Kordusia. "Brothers and Sisters, Fellow Dorvins. Our beloved Fatherland has had a long and terrible history. Ravaged by Communism and Capitalism alike, our great people now live in a period of the deepest cultural, political and economic stagnation. For thousands of years, we have struggled to find the cause of our woes, so that we might end them and take our rightful place in the world. Now the power to end our troubles is at hand. But the power is not ours to take and wield ourselves, it is a power to be obtained through submission to the will of almighty God, the all-powerful and the giver of life. Through the teachings of the Prophet Ranz'riah, we shall see our nation reborn and revitalised. For only those who submit to the divine will of God as revealed to the Prophets shall known victory on in our earthly realm." "In order to build the moral and spiritual strength required to build a Greater Dorvik, we propose that the strictest possible interpretation of the Sharia, as taught in the Queranz. All sin and vice must first be purged from Dorvik before Dorvik will know the favour of God." -Central Committee of the Brotherhood for a Volkish Caliphate The Brotherhood for a Volkish Caliphate (Dorvische: "Zunft Für eine Völkisch Kalifat" commonly referred to simply as the "Zunft"), is a enigmatic movement which combines the tenets of the Queranz Church with Dorvish Volkish Nationalism, Vanguardism and Militarism. Though the party promotes the conversion of the Dorvish to a "foreign" religion, it is not supported by any outside forces and consists mainly of native Dorvins who see the new faith as a means to give the Dorvish people a greater sense of national pride and make less inclined to identify with the concept of a universal "Western" civilisation that threatens the uniqueness of the Dovrish folk. The Brotherhood emphasises the contrast between Ranz'riah, the warrior prophet, and the pacifist tendencies of the Hosian Church, claiming that the teachings of Ranz'riah are "more healthy" for a strong nation that aims for military and political dominance. Another important influence on the Brotherhood is Vanguardism, from which the Brotherhood draws it's extreme statism and hatred of capitalism. Considered a dangerous extremist organisation, the Brotherhood is a member of the infamous Brotherhood of Terror and Virtue, an international organisation of totalitarian terrorists. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iILVTShCoA |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
