| The Humanitarian Party is a liberal movement to alleviate the suffering of all people, and create a free society where everyone may live out there lives without fear and violence. Our ideology is mainly based around liberal socialism and social democracy. We advocate giving the average citizen access to all basic needs, without having a totally planned economy. We believe in heavy regulation on corporations so they do not harm the economy, environment, or other living beings. While many other leftist parties have the ultimate goal of abolishing private property and businesses, we will protect the property rights of our citizens, and maintain a mixed economy. With regards to war and the military, we believe that diplomacy is always the first option, and that if we do go to war, we should be as humane as possible. Freedom, Equality, Humanity! |
