Description[?]:

Luthori: Reformists
Indralan: 改良派
Transliteration: Gǎiliáng pài

The Reformists are a classical liberal, libertarian political organisation that supports major privatisation, and the removal of government in both social and economic means.

The Party was co-founded by economist Jin Jianhong, with close political ally, and friend the now retired General Xun Fen. Disgruntled at the centre-left establishment running the show, they created the party so to advocate 免于政府, or "Freedom from Government".

Main Political Positions:

The Abolition of all State-Funded Healthcare Programmes:
The Reformists, as strong individualists, believe that no healthcare should be paid for by the government, and that funding for abortions and pharmaceuticals should be withdrawn. They are agree with people's rights to have full access to healthcare, however they believe that the government is not the right body to give them that right. If they cannot pay, look for support through charity.

Striking Laws:
Currently within Indrala, workers who go on strike cause too much of a meltdown. Whilst the Reformists recognise the importance of striking, they also view the current easy laws on workers as unproductive, and unfair for both the employer and the employee. By making it harder to strike, business booms and the employee will be looked upon more favourably by his or her employer.

Greater Self-Interest in Regards to Foreign Affairs:
Currently we spend through the roof when it comes to foreign aid. This should not be the case. Whilst we have a moral duty to assist those in need, we must not forget our own citizens - something the establishment have a tendency to do. Our plan will introduce border control, as well as tied-aid to nations wanting our help. We will not let other nations suck us dry.

Fully Privatise Energy:
Self-explanatory. Private companies should be given the energy sector in its entirety. The government is too unreliable, and should be allowing private companies do a job that they can perform a lot better than the government can. By competitively contracting private firms to manage energy, we can ensure through free market means, that Indralans have high quality, low cost energy provided for them.

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
