The DLC is loosely affiliated with the Trade Union Congress (TUC), Dorvik’s largest trade union. The main objective of the DLUP is to expand and protect the rights of working people, which it feels is best done through the strengthening of trade and industrial unions. In addition to its centre-left economic views the party is also very socially progressive.
