Description[?]:
The Nativist Liberal Party is fairly libertarian when it comes to civil rights and the extent of freedom it is prepared to give the Wantuni people; the right to freedom of speech is held dearly, the legality of gay marriage is desirable. We also strongly believe in secularism and that the neutrality of the government regarding similar issues is required. Subjective moral beliefs should not be enshrined in law. However, given the disastrous effects of immigration on some of our neighbouring countries, we believe that immigration should be restricted and highly regulated, in order to protect our culture, ethnicity and the wages of our low-end workers. at the same time we should, Of course, stimulate trade, cooperation with and (if necessary) aid to other nations. Economically, we are moderate. Our view is that the relations between employees and employers should only be regulated to the extent that there is a certain balance between livable working conditions/social security for the unfortunate and a competitive, dynamic economy. In this light, we believe idealism and extremism have little place in the world of economics. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
