Signatories of this agreement commit to invest in the "North Seleyan Logistics Company" registered in 4000.
The company is a train-operating company that is intended to operate in Northern Seleya.

For the purposes of this agreement, Northern Seleya consists of:
- Aldegar
- Baltusia
- Gaduridos
- Kalistan
- Likatonia
- Lodamun
- Tukarali
- Valruzia

Countries in Northern Seleya, which sign this agreement, must contribute:
- 5% of their Infrastructure & Transport budget per year
- 5% of their Trade & Industry budget per year

Countries outside of Northern Seleya, which sign this treaty, must contribute:
- 2% of their Trade & Industry budget per year
- 2% of their Foreign Affairs budget per year

The contributions, as outlined above, will determine the shares of ownership in the "North Seleyan Logistics Company"
The company will have access to specified rail networks in any North Seleyan country that signs this agreement; it is up to the individual governments to specify which railways would be available for transnational transportation.
