| Upon the ratification of this treaty signatory nations will be subject to all articles and provisions in it. 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟭 -Signatory members have a obligation to eliminate any and all tariffs on their exports and imports of any kind to or from other signatory members -Signatory members have a obligation to trade fairly with other signatory members -Signatory members have to eliminate any and all trade barriers between them and other signatory members -Signatory members must contribute 500 million LOD a year to the organization (to be used for organizational investments into member states or other objectives to better the members of the organization) 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟮 -A organ named "The Council" will be created which is tasked with making most decisions in regards to investments, embargo's, sanctions and other matters delegated to the organization -The Council will consist of all the finance ministers of signatory members, keeping control in the hands of individual nations -At the start of the first session a Chairman will be appointed by The Council which will stay in office until The Council decides to replace him (which can be done by a majority vote) -The Chairman is tasked with leading day to day business within the organization, serving as speaker during meetings and serving as the official representative of the organization to other nations 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟯 -The Council has the right to issue sanctions upon individuals, organizations or nations which all member nations must adhere to -The Council has the right to issue embargo's upon nations which all member nations must adhere to -The Council has a obligation to always work in the interest of member states -The Council can authorize the use of ATCO funds to invest in projects within member states to promote growth and development |
