Dolgavia-Trigunia Coexistance and Non-Agression Treaty (The Kolzhsky Accords)

Dolgavas KonservatÄ«vÄ Partei (DKP).

| Preamble- For many years, Dolgavia and Trigunia have been historically rough towards each other on the continent of Keris. Putting aside our history of conflict and differences: We hereby declare that we are willing to work together in peace and coexistence to better the continent of Keris and both Trigunia and Dolgavia both. Article l: Both Dolgava and Trigunia desist from engaging with each other in military conflicts in any way, even with the help of foreign powers. Article ll: Dolgava and Trigunia are to be in contact with each other often to achieve a successful and peaceful flow of information and goods and services between the two nations, Dolgava also will hereby allow their citizens to enter Trigunia and normal diplomatic relations shall be re-instated this includes embassies in both nations and the free movement of goods and services, a free trade clause may be added to this agreement at any time. Article lll: If a conflict or problem arrises between Dolgava and Trigunia the two nations are to settle it through peaceful means like diplomacy or through a third party investigation/judge. (Secret Additonal Protocols:) OOC: These are to be treated as secret... Article lV: Both Trigunia and Dolgavia will refrain from interfering with affairs in Keris however affairs in other continents are open to both countries, this keep the continent of Keris stable and peaceful and will mutually benefit both nations. Article V: This treaty will be signed at the Trigunian border village of Kolzhsky and will be binding as soon as it is signed by both nations. It is to go into affect immediatly |
