| Upon the ratification of this treaty the following will take into effect. Article 1 "Membership" -Any nation dedicated to the defense of socialism and communism may join the CPIS -Any nation already part of a centralized, global or regional military alliance that includes mutual defense for every situation (excluding mutual defense with a specific purpose) may not join the CPIS Article 2 "Mutual Defense" -A attack on one is a attack on all, any member state attacked by a military power, proxy power or violent insurgency may invoke Article 2, after which every member state must come to its aid. -All member states will pledge to work together to maintain the territorial integrity of other member states Article 3 "Military Cooperation" -Member states will attend a annual military exercise, rotating between member states for a location, in which combined arms warfare and coordination between eachothers forces will be trained over 5 days in total. -Member states will aid eachother on the terrain of military organization and training when another member states makes a request Article 4 "Diplomatic Cooperation" -The HQ of the CPIS shall be based in Branovice, Alazinder, Deltaria. Member states will send a permanent delegation to the HQ. -Member states will keep eachother up to date on security situations through the CPIS HQ -Member states, through their delegations, may vote on military interventions or other military operations to be conducted by the CPIS, if unanimous support from member states has been reached a resolution is adopted. -Member states will pledge to keep in close contact to eachother, operate embassies and consulates on eachothers territory. |
