Engage in free trade with other parties to this treaty, 2. Thusly the profiteering of capitalists from the flow of goods essential and non-essential from parties to this treaty and the citizens of other parties to this treaty; ARTICLE 2. 1. Consider the declaration of an act of war against the parties to this treaty an act of grave diplomatic concern that threatens the sanctity of the socialist cause, 2. Abstain from the declaration of acts of war against other parties to this treaty; ARTICLE 3. 1. Freely accept the entry of the working class from other parties to this treaty, 2. Abstain from the restriction of the departure of the working class to the territory of other parties to this treaty, 3. Prioritize care for immigrants from other parties of this treaty; ARTICLE 4. Establish rapid lines of communication between the heads of government of the parties to this treaty. |
