Yingdala and Dankuk share thousands of years of good relations. Both are brothers on the international stage - sharing roots in the same religion, language, literature, government, and overall culture. This treaty, signed at the northern Yingdalan city of Fengshan - Phoenix Mountain - signifies a new era in relations between Tian'an and Gomgmangdo. Together, we shall rise like a phoenix! I. Government and Diplomacy A. Government officials from both countries will regularly meet to discuss issues of common interest, including - but not limited to - technical assistance for improving government functions, efficiencies, and effectiveness; celebrations of joint-cultural events, education issues, religion, international affairs and defense issues, criminal justice, infrastructure, environmental issues, and science and technology. B. Each year, government delegations from both countries will conduct study tours to learn best practices. C.
