Beiteynuese - Dankukian Diplomatic & Trade Agreement

This Treaty and its set of Provisos, officially known as the Beiteynuese - Dankukian Diplomatic & Trade Agreement or henceforth referred to as the "Partnership", was created to solidify Beiteynuese and Dankukian relations on matters of diplomacy, education, trade, investments and other mutually beneficial partnership initiatives in the public and private sectors.

By ratification, Beiteynu and Dankuk, agree to adhere and abide by the Provisos defined under the following Sections:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Introduction

1.01. Adjacent agreements
------------------------------------

RECOGNISE the Beiteynu Accord of Diplomacy, Beiteynu Accord of Trade, Beiteynu Accord of Partnership and the Equifund Agreement as adjacent agreements to this Partnership AND
UNDERSTAND that this Partnership supersedes the aforementioned agreements where applicable AND
AGREE to keep the aforementioned agreements ratified as part of this Partnership

1.02. Coordination of diplomatic efforts
---------------------------------------------------

RECOGNISE the Beiteynuese Medinat Department as the intermediary organisation of diplomatic efforts pertaining to both nations AND
UNDERSTAND that the Beiteynuese Medinat Department may be replaced by a different entity of the Beiteynuese Government which shall become applicable to this Partnership AND
AGREE to allow the Beiteynuese Medinat Department to mediate in diplomatic efforts with other nations

1.03. Coordination of trade and commerce transactions

RECOGNISE the Beiteynuese International Trade Association as the intermediary organisation of trade and commerce transactions pertaining to both nations AND
UNDERSTAND that the Beiteynuese International Trade Association may be replaced by a different entity of the Beiteynuese Government which shall become applicable to this Partnership AND
AGREE to allow the Beiteynuese International Trade Association to mediate in trade and commerce transactions in the public and private sectors

1.04. Termination without prior notification
-------------------------------------------------------

RECOGNISE that a termination of this Partnership without prior notification of the Beiteynuese Government will not constitute a termination AND
UNDERSTAND that a termination of this Partnership requires a substantial amount of time, effort and coordination to complete properly AND
AGREE to notify the Beiteynuese Government of possible termination a minimum of 24 months prior to the desired termination date

2.01. Honour of sovereignty, communication and diplomacy

RECOGNISE the need for constant communication and diplomatic non-aggressive resolutions within the Partnership AND
UNDERSTAND that each nation is sovereign from each other and shall respect each other to the maximum extend AND
AGREE to maintain embassies and consulates, providing the necessary protection for their diplomats

2.02. Travel, visas and extradition of citizens
-----------------------------------------------------------

AGREE to allow citizens of either nation to travel in the other nation without the need for an international passport AND
AGREE to automatically grant 90-day visas to citizens of either nation AND
AGREE to grant work and student visas with a cursory security check to citizens of either nation AND
AGREE to extradite citizens of either to the other at the behest of the other

3.01. Education programs and preference of studies
---------------------------------------------------------------------

AGREE to prefer working with educational institutions on either nation AND
AGREE to work towards joint partnerships, grants, scholarships and research and development programs AND
AGREE to create joint knowledge and expertise forces for the betterment of the educational system of either nation

3.02. Cultural exchange and influences
----------------------------------------------------

AGREE to enable and promote in the media of either nation cultural elements (such as films and concerts) of the other AND
AGREE to enable cultural activities of either nation on the other by the public and private sectors AND
AGREE to allow, support and maintain Beiteynuese funded Yeudi Heritage Centers

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4. Trade & Commerce

4.01. Tariffs and bureaucratic enablement
-------------------------------------------------------

RECOGNISE the need of mutual support towards the exporting efforts of the other AND
UNDERSTAND that a major part of this Partnership centers around the economic, trade and commercial prosperity of both nations AND
AGREE to impose no tariffs whatsoever on products and services moved between them

4.02. Preference and quotas of trade
-------------------------------------------------

RECOGNISE that the quotas presented below might not be applicable and/or possible upon ratification of this Partnership AND
UNDERSTAND that they have to work towards meeting these quotas at the earliest possible AND
AGREE to grant a preference to Beiteynuese led imports to a minimum of 30B per year AND
AGREE to grant a preference to Dankukian led imports to a minimum of 10B per year

4.03. Preference of defense contracts
--------------------------------------------------

AGREE to assign a minimum of 50% of defense contracts to entities that have received Equifund capital and/or are listed on the Equifund Index
