Beiteynuese - Cildanian Alliance Agreement

This Treaty, officially known as the Beiteynuese - Cildanian Alliance Agreement or henceforth referred to as the "Alliance", was created to solidify relations between Beiteynu and Cildania.

By ratification, Beiteynu and Cildania adhere to the following Provisos:

INTRODUCTION

RECOGNISE the sovereignty of each other

UNDERSTAND that this Alliance can be extended with additional agreements

AGREE to notify of termination a minimum of 4 years prior to the desired termination date

DIPLOMACY

AGREE to establish embassies and consulates and offer diplomatic immunity to diplomats

AGREE to allow travel without the need for an international passport

AGREE to automatically grant 90-day visas

AGREE to grant work and student visas with a cursory security check

2.05.
AGREE to consult with Beiteynu on security related affairs pertaining to the region of northwest Majatra

AGREE to provide at the minimum humanitarian aid in cases of conflict

2.07.
AGREE to sanction and/or declare war to an attacking entity against the other

AGREE to respect and protect the Yeudi culture and its people

INTELLIGENCE

3.01.
AGREE to allow and foster intelligence cooperation based on the clear exchange of information and joint operations

3.02.
AGREE to coordinate intelligence operations in the continent of Majatra under the leadership of Beiteynu

SECTION 4
TRADE & COMMERCE

4.01.
AGREE to allow, enable and support trade, commerce and economic partnerships in the public and private sectors

4.02.
AGREE to impose minimum or no tariffs on products and services moved between them

4.03.
AGREE to grant a preference to exports to a minimum of 20B LOD per year

4.04.
AGREE to prefer exports from Beiteynu on shipping, financial, travel and information technology related products and services, including military equipment

4.05.
AGREE to prefer exports from Cildania on fishing products and services, consumer products such as tobacco, wine, condoms as well as the entertainment and tourism industry such as casinos and resorts

4.06.
AGREE to allow and foster investments from Beiteynu with the allocation and management of funds to be upheld at the discretion of Cildania

4.07.
AGREE to allow and foster investments from Cildania in the fishing and entertainment industries in Beiteynu and its trade network

4.08.
AGREE to avoid imposing double taxation on common transactions

MILITARY

5.01.
AGREE to support, enable and pursue joint military exercises

5.02.
AGREE to host naval forces of Beiteynu in Cildania in the common pursuit of regional stability, especially in the Majatran Sea

5.03.
AGREE to pursue and enable partnerships on the research, development and production of military equipment
