Bill: Economical reform - Expenditures

Details

Submitted by[?]: Capitalizt Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2354

Description[?]:

170 billion Hobrazian Crowns: we want to give our citizens back this quantity of money, which roughly translates into a benefit of 2.000 HCR yearly per capita.

We want to operate through a clever reform: we do not want to destroy the welfare system, but rather progressively carry out a sustainable cut on expenses leaving untouched those services which we deem necessary for the people, mainly education and health services, while operating several cuts on those redundant expenses, for example, Defense and Justice. We justify the cuts on Defense, Justice, Finance, Internal and External Affairs for their unneed of such allocated budget, that is proportionally exhaggerated to their operational costs compared to other vital services like the abovementioned ones.

Message@AfF: Health decreased?

We cannot support this budget. All this does is severely damage this nations ability to maintain our International standing and reduces the ability of our security services to do their jobs.

MessageCSP: If it were for me, I'd lower the budget to a mere 100 billion HCR... I tried with this proposal to be a moderate but still incivisve.

MessageAfF: We fail to see the need to increase budget for Justice. It is already way too high, especially if compared with the other arguments. As for Defense, we don't like this as well, but we think that 99 billion HCR are still a lot for our military.
