| To better promote the welfare of our nation as well as our genetic stock, we propose that a Eugenics program be created to better the citizens of our nation. Artical I - National Eugenics Commission The National Eugenics Commission shall be created to handle the Eugenics program in our nation Their responsibilities will be to carry out the policies stated in the program to the fullest degree Dr. Heisenburg will head the National Eugenics Commission Artical II - Standardized Test A national IQ test shall be sent out every year and every citizen shall be made to take it. A minimum score of 75 must be reached If a participant does not reach 75, he/she must resubmit another passing test within three months Artical III - National Deviants All deviants of society shall be sent to extermination camps headed by the National Eugenics Commission Deviants shall be defined as *Homosexuals *Violent Criminals *Mentally Retarded *Birth Deformation** *Mentally Insane *The Obese or Morbidly Obese **only severe physical deformities Artical IV - Extermination Camps Extermination camps shall be headed by the Kanjor State Militia Extermination camps will be set up in each province Deviants from a said Province shall go to the camp in their province All deviants shall be exterminated that day via firing squad or lethal injection |
