| Message | A prova contraria fornire l'energia ai paesi più isolati non riguarda questa legge, visto che si parlerebbe di rete elettrica e non di fornitori. Visto che qui si sta parlando di fornitura energetica il discorso sui costi decade, in quanto naturalmente è presente un'authority contro i trust. |
