| We need to take affair to reform our justice system, it needs to be coherent with our morals and need to be effective to prevent crime and to avoid unneccesary situations. This bill will also reform the education of prisoners: From the passing of this bill the prison education will be based around national values and hobaist tradition to rehabilitate the prisoners to better cope with life outside and to make them able to operate a normal life after their punishment. |
