MessageArticle 1: the current mix of public and private companies is good policy that we support

Article 2: regional control over power grids avoids top-down decision-making and allows local communities to show leadership and have control over their utilities.

Article 3: Again, the mix of public and private companies is a good mix. Private companies already have the ability to start up and avoid any government regulations. This is the best of both worlds.

Article 4: While local governments should also subsidize research and generation of alternative energies, we ALSO believe the federal government should play a role. Changing this law would be a crushing financial blow to the clean energy industry. Our nation and Terra would suffer the consequences.
