Message | And a very strict test it should be, too. (Btw, how come you're always the first to propose bills about these new policy options?) |

Message | In order to acquire citizenship, a person has to live here for 5 years legally, be able to speak our language, have a clean criminal record, and obey our customs and norms. When our citizenship is granted, the person loses old citizenship. |

Message | This bill isn't about citizenship, it is about nationality, which in terms of this game is entirely separate from citizenship. According to the current law, citizenship is automatically given to all nationals, so the provisoes have to be made for the question of nationality rather than citizenship. Am I still making sense? :) |

Message | But incidentally I agree with your conditions for nationality/citizenship, although the part about obeying customs and norms seems a bit vague; after all, when has one or hasn't one obeyed "customs and norms"? |

Message | the proposal as is would get our support... everyone born in Kirlawa is Kirlawan, those immigrants passing a test can get our nationality |
