MessageWe cannot support this bill. We must guarantee that information that could be potentially damaging either to this Country as a whole or people in general cannot be hidden from the police or judiciary.
We might consider modifying our position to support the following proposal, but people must not be able to hide potentially crucial information from the judiciary because they want to, especially when that information could be vital in bringing unsavoury types to justice.

"Individuals have a right to privacy, but the justice can force individuals to give information on certain matters if needed. (also known as Habeas Data)"

MessageNo. Our justice system is an effecient way of atching criminals. If we were to stop, it would damage the nation as a whole and prove damaging to the people of this nation. This will create drastically increased crime rates and the weakness of our police force and justice system.
