Details
Submitted by[?]: Edelweiss Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2363
Description[?]:
We, National Council of the EDELWEISS PARTY, invite the leaders of the ** Machiavellian Party ** Ustaše To join us in a forum for an Opposition Cartel establishment. With the elections coming, our party proposes to establish an opposition cartel against the current HoS, President Kwame Hutton of the BLACK PEOPLES PARTY AND the members of the National Cabinet, the ORANGE LIBERTY PARTY AND the NATIONAL FREEDOM PARTY. This in order to 'dethrone' the current HoS and his government coalition with the coming elections. The Agreement has only 5 articles to be taking in respect. I. One candidate for the Office of Head of State has to be determined and has to be endorsed by every member of the Opposition Cartel, with the elections. II. The Opposition Cartel needs to establish a new government cabinet including all members of the Opposition Cartel-forum/agreement, if majority is reached after the elections. III. Any particpating party can exit the cartel any time without any consequences. IV. This agreement expires as soon as any of the participating parties exits the cartel. V. This resolution does not require a majority in the parliament to be ratified. This bill will be in debate phase until a consensus is reached. ((If any Opposition Cartel participant feels that it is necessary to take any 'possible cabinet positions' in writing in this agreement, feel free to notify us.)) Regards, Markos Edelweiss Lead of the EDELWEISS PARTY |

Message | Our party would also support this. We suggest that the Edelweiss Party candidate be our choice of Head of State, since your party suggested this idea. |

Message | We thank both parties for their support. We will support any candidate running for the office of HoS, unless both of you participants insist that the Edelweiss Party brings forward a candidate for the office of HoS. As soon as the candidate party is known and we reach a consensus about it, we will put this bill to vote. |

Message | We have already selected the Edelweiss candidate as our candidate. Perhaps we should implement a rotational system, with parties contesting elections once in every three elections. |

In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
