Details
Submitted by[?]: AM Populist Social Democrats
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2363
Description[?]:
Whereas, Other parties have proposed banning foreign missionaries, such that there seems to be support for the idea, and Whereas, We had only given it up when we saw that ending a previous "welcomed by the government" and replacing it with registration of such missionaries was the best we could at that point accomplish, and Whereas, We now believe that if offered along, as it never has been for quite a while, that proposal could pass, and Whereas, We see it as downeight insulting that other nations would seek to send foreign missionaries to "civilize" us, as if we were in need of that, We propose, in a clean bill, to ban foreign missionaries. |

Old value:: The government requires foreign missionaries to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Message | After careful consideration. We will support this bill. It makes sense. We need to keep fanatics out of this country. We need to keep church and state seperate and ensure relgious forces do not obtain a strong voice in this nation. We will question the sanity of a party who completely opposes this bill. |

Message | The Axis Mundi Revolution! has already proposed this legislation. However, we find it just as palatable in other handwriting, so we shall support this version, also. |

Message | The ARM did propose this, but did so along with other proposals we couldn't support. The LFFR has done the same. We decided to propose it on its own, as we can and will support it on its own, and we see it as having a reasonable chance to pass on its own. |

Message | We certainly support the intent of the Populist Liberal Party of Likatonia. this is just one example of parts of Likatonian law long overdue for revision. On the other hand, we fail to see what could not be supported about our perfectly reasonable legislation. |
