| Whereas, For a long time in Likatonia we allowed adults to consume drugs of their choice with minimal ill effects, We hreby propose to re-establish most of that policy, allowing the free sale of marijuana and the use of anything that one can grow him or herself, although outside of marijuana (and alcohol and tobacco), recreational drugs may not be sold. But, "if you can grow it you can smoke it." |
