Message | If some decide to strike, then they should be allowed to continue to work if their grievences are correct. If a person strikes due to poor health and safety then they should not be fired for it. If a person strikes because of a pay grievence then, so long as their demands aren't ridiculous, they should not be fired for it. We allow Unions by law, what this bill does is over rule any chance for change the Unions have by allowing companies to fire staff indiscriminantly and we will not allow that. If the company feels they are an illegitimate grievence then they can report it to the government who can then allow the company to fire said worker or not. We act like a union on behalf of the company and the worker, fighting for what's best for both. |
