| Whereas, the ConLibs have stated that they would not oppose a budget that simply used the surplus we had on additional funding, so long as their infrastructure spending was not reduced (which is not a big problem for us) and their "golden handshake" fund were not reduced (which we strongly disagree with but must compromise to get anything done), We have proposed a budget that spends most of the 12 billion LIK surplus as such. |
