Message | Complete legalization of gambling is reasonable. It isn't a big deal either way, as people can legally gamble with or without its passage. We believe in the right to gamble, although we doubt that limiting it to private homes and casinos is overly restrictive. We could go either way, as either way it won't make a big difference. The rest are awful, subjecting Likatonians to false advertising, unregulated monopolies, and limit legitimate rights of labor. We will strongly oppose those. |

Message | Whilst we understand the ConLib position, we cannot support Articles 2 or 5. |

Message | There is no reasonable excuse for removing all regulation on ANY service, much less vital services like telecommunication, or basic energy provision. There is no excuse for NOT holding advertisers responsible for their outrageous claims. There is no justification for returning Likatonia to the days of serfdom, by removing the last bastions of protection from Union action. We will not support the Conservative Liberal agenda to prostitute the Convocation to the highest bidder. Likatonia is not your whore, she's our mother, and she deserves to be treated like a lady. |

Message | How so? The ConLibs believe industries SHOULD be allowed to lie in their representations of the quality of their products? Should a company be allowed to claim medicinal effect where none is provable? Should claims like 'this product will make you rule the world" be allowed on toothpaste commercials? Or does the ConLib party lack the courage of their convictions? How do the AMR 'live on a different planet'? Because we simply refuse to be the tools of industrial fatcats? The ConLibs can sell themselves if they wish. We will condemn them for it, but they are free to prostitute their electoral power - at least until anti-corruption charges haul them all before the courts. On the other hand, the AMR has integrity. We will protect the rights of the average Likatonian, even if we won't get rich from it - because we are in politics to make this nation better for all, not to make a quick profit. |
