Message | Article one can also be done via quotas based on country of origin or by qualifications of applicant. What woulf be the pupose of a test. We should instead allow those who wish to reside here the ability to become Malivians. An influx of people is an influx of ideas and manpower. We say the more the merrier. They still would need to present themselves at an embassy or within the nation to declare their intentions. |
