Whereas, We have been convinced in a close caucus vote not to place restrictions on the use of nuclear weapons so as to maintain government flexibility, the vote having been held after the Greater Likatonia movement died down, but Whereas, Biological weapons are particularly awful and most often used against civilian populations; and there is no excuse for using them unless they are first used on our nation, we hereby propose to limit chemical and biological weapon use to retaliation only. |

Message | We appreciate the PLPL sentiments, really, we do. However, we are dedicated to preserving the versatility of our military - even where it contradicts what we would personally wish as policy choice, otherwise. Like here - where we are actually against chemical and biological weapons, but feel the need to back the military line to the hilt. |
