| Speech of Chancellor Isabel More in the Assembly: Representatives, colleagues and citizens of the Republic, War has come to Terra. The Empire of Solentia has violated the sovereignty of her neighbor, the Independent Wantuni Republic. I ask that the Assembly approves this resolution that will, while respecting our long tradition of neutrality that is based on the Mordusian Neutrality Pact, first of all condemn the war and secondly provide some alternative measures. I thank you wholeheartedly. RESOLUTION: If approved, (A) the Minister of Foreign Affairs will, in name of the entire Cabinet, Assembly and all Citizens of the Republic of Mordusia, formally condemn the war that is going on between the Wantuni Republic and the Empire of Solentia and their allies and stress the neutral position of the Republic. (B) Citizens of the Republic will, when traveling to the Wantuni Republic, the Empire of Solentia and/or their allies, sign a formal document in which they declare any actions undertaken in those countries that are deemed in violation with the Mordusian Neutrality Pact will be on their on behalf and will not be a responsibility of the Republic. (C) Citizens of the Wantuni Republic, the Empire of Solentia or their allies entering the Republic will sign a formal document in which they declare not to have undertaken any acts in those countries that are deemed war crimes and in which they promise not to undertake any acts in the Republic that undermine the Mordusian Neutrality Pact. (D) The Resolution will be enforced as long as the war endures and will end within 24 hours after a peace declaration is signed.
