Old value:: All religious income, despite the use, is taxed.
Current: Religious taxation policy is left to the local governments.
Proposed: Recognized religions are not taxed.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Remuneration of ministers of religion.
Old value:: The salaries and pensions of ministers of religions shall be regulated by the law, but shall be borne by the religious communities themselves.
Current: The salaries and pensions of ministers of religions shall be regulated by the law, but shall be borne by the religious communities themselves.

Message | The worst of them all, as there is no reason to give religions special treatment in taxation (as in Article 1). They can make money and build palaces tax free while anyone else would need to pay taxes? Beyond yuck. |
