| We think that the animals must be protected from the justice as the men. In the event of the domestic animals we must contrast the private violences, the abuses and the abandonments. For this we propose that the magistracy adopts in the code new articles of crime to protection of the free and dignitosa life of every animal: Rights of the domestic animals. Art 1: Every abuse, ill-treatment, domestic abandonment and not, on animals are punished from the law like were persons. Art 2: every animal sotratto to the violences must be cured near it affixed centers to you veterinaries and guarded in community. All to expenses of the guilty slave drivers. Art 2a: In case of mancanto survey or capture of the slave drivers the animals will be supported from an appropriate bottom of the State. |

| Message | Is the TCP to understand that this bill treats animals as if they were people, in respect to them being mistreated and abused? If this is the case, the TCP heartily supports this bill. Anyone found guilty of abusing or mistreating a domestic animal, especially if the abuse is physical, should be punished to the full extent of the law. Harming things that do not have the opportunity to defend themselves is sadistic and evil, and any person who harms these creatures is a disgrace to not only this nation, but to all of human kind, and should be treated accordingly. The TCP commends the GP on this righteous bill. |
