The matter of exporting our citizens to face trial in foreign, inferior, courts has been raised by us before. However, the issue has taken on a new vitality with the request by the communists to extradite the NSAP.

MessageWhile we should oppose foreign interference, any party involved in genocide or such matters should not receive our support.

MessageWe'd agree, but we think that those kind of matters would still be better served by us charging the criminal ourselves.

MessageThen why haven't we? Has anyone done research into the alleged crimes of the NSAP?

MessageThe ABCD (in their foreign affairs capacity) has asked them to formally respond to the allegations, but I don't know if they have yet. The chances of getting to the bottom to this are hindered by the amount of propaganda flying around. (It's certainly been the case that there's been some pretty aggressive slogans and images on anti NSAP demonstrations, to the point where we'd consider some of them to be incitement to violence against the NSAP). And, as I'm sure we agree on, Communists aren't exactly the most reliable witnesses on matters of this kind...

MessageIn one hand we do not accept anyone to intervene in our affairs, and more strongly if they were communists.
In the other, we consider that the NSAP is not a very ethical party.
However the first hand wins ;)

MessageThe NSAP is a loyal ally to the Empire of Luthori and the Imperial Party. We will not stand for any actions against them

MessageThe NSAP denies all allegations of the existance of any prison camps under it's administration within the Dundorf Democratic Republic. Any camps that existed were established by private corporations without any form of government or NSAP oversight, however, even with this being possible, the NSAP government or the other non-communist members of the DDR government have found no record of any such camps existing or any sudden drop in population other than due to civil war deaths. We denounce all allegations as communist lies and ask that all be ignored as such. We also denounce the words of the Catholic Justicial Party in calling the NSAP an unethical party, as we consider ourselves highly ethical in every form.

MessageThe Rednecks are correct. More research on the past actions of the NSAP is necessary, too.

MessageBottom line, all parties that voted to pass this disgrace of a bill are pro criminal.

That lot of you need to resign from the government.

MessageThe best solution is the resolution that the ILP proposed plus we should see if there is a treaty like the Interpol in order to join while preserving our sovereignity by banning extradition of our citizens to other countries especially if they were communists.

MessageMuch as we'd like to take the Redneck's advice, we're afraid that we don't see how a government made up solely of themselves and the CJP will attain the required majority.

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn
